At the practice we are always very interested to get feedback from patients on how the service is running and where we can try and make improvements.
We hold Patient Participation Group (PPG) meetings at least twice a year for patients to attend and contribute to improving services. We also appreciate feedback via patient telephone surveys.
We last collected patient feedback in February 2019 and will be publishing this information and the actions the practice has taken shortly.
Our next PPG meeting and survey will be in July 2019 - Please let reception know if you are interested in attending or doing a telephone survey which takes no longer than five minutes!
